Salif Ouedraogo (lead), Noona Dembele, Richard Latham (accompanying djembes), and Madou Dembele (doundoun). Note how the accompanying djembe parts are constant, leaving Salif to soar. Madou (only 15 yrs old at the time!) also has a set part to maintain, but you'll see that he improvises a lot too, often in spontaneous response to Salif. Truly an unforgettable experience for me - and a privilege to have been involved in, albeit in a very small way. "
